About the site:
The last of more than a dozen architecturally distinctive homes that once overlooked Long Island Sound, the 1836 Greek Revival mansion, located in Pelham Bay Park, features a dramatic, freestanding spiral staircase and has a formal garden designed by Delano & Aldrich.
